Cloud Client Error Codes

OPT: Open Tunnel Errors

Error Code Description
OPT001 Connect succesfully resolved the list of tunnel servers for the specified vendor but could not open a socket on port 443 to any of them.

CER: Certificates

Error Code Description
CER001 Connect established a connection to a tunnel server but was unable to authenticate the SSL certificate provided by the server.

DNS: DNS Errors

Error Code Description
DNS000 The DNS server returned an error when looking up connect-XX.wavefire.net (where XX is the location code from the Vendor ID).
DNS001 Connect was unable to contact a DNS server to lookup connect-XX.wavefire.net (where XX is the location code from the Vendor ID).
DNS002 The DNS result for connect-XX.wavefire.net contained no entries defining the available tunnel servers.
DNS003 The DNS result for connect-XX.wavefire.net contained an entry defining the available tunnel servers, but this entry was empty.
DNS004 The DNS result for connect-XX.wavefire.net contained an entry defining the available tunnel servers, but this entry was malformed.

RCN: RDP Connection Errors

Error Code Description
RCN001 The specfied Vendor ID was not recognised by the tunnel server
RCN002 An internal error was encountered by the tunnel server when connecting the RDP session
RCN003 The Vendor ID was valid but the specified user name either does not have any Terminal Servers assigned to it or all of the assigned Terminal Servers are uncontactable
RCN004 An unknown error has occured when attempting to connect the RDP session.

TNL: Tunnel Errors

Error Code Description
TNL001 This version of Connect is incompatible with the Wavefire version running on the Tunnel Server.

GVM: Vendor Manifest Errors

Error Code Description
GVM500 An unknown error occured while querying the Gateway server for the vendor manifest.
GVM501 A timeout occured while querying the Gateway server for the vendor manifest.

X: Extended RDP Internal Errors

Error Code Description
X0003 The server has disconnected the client because the client has been idle for a period of time longer than the designated time-out period
X0004 The server has disconnected the client because the client has exceeded the period designated for connection
X0005 The client's connection was replaced by another connection
X0006 No memory is available
X0007 The server denied the connection
X0008 The server denied the connection for security reasons
X0009 The user account is not authorized for remote login
X0011 The client was remotely disconnected
X0012 The connection was lost
X0256 Internal licensing error
X0257 No license server was available
X0258 No valid software license was available
X0259 The remote computer received a licensing message that was not valid
X0260 The hardware ID does not match the one designated on the software license
X0261 Client license error
X0262 Network problems occurred during the licensing protocol
X0263 The client ended the licensing protocol prematurely
X0264 A licensing message was encrypted incorrectly
X0265 The local computer's client access license could not be upgraded or renewed
X0266 The remote computer is not licensed to accept remote connections

R: Standard RDP Internal Errors

Error Code Description
R0260 DNS name lookup failure - This error should only be encountered when using Single Sign On and the there is a DNS configuration issue.
R0263 Authentication failure
R0264 Connection timed out
R0516 Unable to establish a connection
R1289 Server does not support authentication
R1800 You already have a console session in progress
R2052 Bad IP address specified
R2056 Server has no sessions available
R2308 Socket closed
R2567 The specified user has no account
R2824 Session connected by other client
R2825 Server authentication failure
R3847 The password is expired
R4615 The user password must be changed before logging on for the first time
