How To: Delete a Customer Organisation

Overview

Sometimes it may be necessary to delete a Customer Organisation and the following instructions describe the best practice. This should only be performed within Wavefire Manager and not Active Directory.

Steps

Step 1

Select the Customer Organisation which is to be deleted from the Organisation drop-down menu.

Step 2

Click the Profile tab

REQUIRES PROFILE TAB BUTTON WITH CURSOR
The Customer Organisation profile with details now appears in the main window.

Step 3

From within the Profile window click the Delete Organisation button at the bottom.

REQUIRES DELETE ORGANISATION BUTTON WITH CURSOR

Step 4

A pop-up box will appear and prompt you to confirm deletion.

REQUIRE A SCREENSHOT OF THE PROMPT BOX

Caution

Deleting this Customer will also delete all of the User data information and any Products created and Subscribed
