How To: Delete a Product
Overview
Sometimes it may be necessary to delete a Product that had been created for the use of the Customer Organisation. This will not delete the Applications that have made up the Products or the Quotaed Products created for use by the ISV from Virium Technology.
Step 1
Select the Customer Organisation which the Product is to be deleted from in the Organisation drop-down menu.
Step 2
Click the Products tab.
Step 3
Choose the Product to be deleted from the Products List.
Step 4
Click the Delete Product button.
A pop-up box will appear and prompt you to confirm deletion.
Note
If the Product is in use then it will prevent you from deleting it.
